Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation policy for short trips (less than 2 nights)

  • 10 or more days before the event date: full refund
  • Between 10 to 7 days before the event date: 75% refund
  • Between 7 to 5 days before the event date: 50% refund
  • Between 5 to 4 days before the event date: 25% refund
  • Last 4 days before the event date: no refund

Cancellation policy for long trips ( 2 nights or more)

  • 20 or more days before the trip start date: full refund
  • Between 20 to 15 days of trip start date: 75% refund
  • Between 15 to 7 days of trip start date: 50% refund
  • Between 7 to 4 days before the trip start date: 25% refund 
  • Last 4 days before the trip start date: no refund

Note:

  1. In the case of any government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, pandemic, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the best possible alternate plans or events/trips/treks. In case the event/trips/treks are canceled we will provide the best alternative solution but no refund will be provided.

  2.  If a treks/events/trips are called off at the last moment due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, pandemic, etc.), HikerWolf will issue a trek voucher for the full amount and if possible will provide an alternate trek. The voucher can be redeemed up to the same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trek departure date.

  3. If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, pandemic, etc.). No refund would be provided. 

  4. Any extra expense coming due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, pandemic, etc.), Will be borne by customer. The company will not be liable.

  5. If you are paying only the booking amount it won’t be refunded at any point.
